  Above and beyond.
  The course was is good shape, greens were playing well, but we did have a customer service experience that went above and beyond.
  Early in our round, someone from the turf management team approached our group and asked if we had done some damage to a hazard by taking a cart where it shouldn't be (this may have been sugested by a group behind us). We assured the worker that it wasn't our group, and off he went. Our interaction was polite & respectful, and we certainly felt we were merely being asked, not accused.
  The source of the damaged was determined, and once the truth was out, a marshall tracked us down on the back nine to appogise for our group being asked, and presented us all with coupons good for 2 for 1 pricing. Even though we had pretty much forgotten the whole thing, the management went above and beyond with an appreciated gesture. Great customer service guys! Thanks again, we'll be back for sure.
